Question, please, re: ferry between Mia/Ft.Lauderdale to/from Freeport, Grand Bahama

Any ferry restriction or charges for bringing along a docile Shih-Tzu doggy in an airline-approved carry-on bag?
    Thanks!

    Hello Shirlianne,

The price is the starting roundtrip fare originally provided by the ferry service. You are able to take a day trip or select different arrival/departure dates to stay a week as you mentioned. Rates vary depending upon day and trip, but there are offers listed on their website. Here is the direct link to the ferry service website for you check out fares and dates: https://www.ferryexpress.com.

We also hope that you’ll consider staying with us at Sunrise during your stay on Grand Bahama island!

    Hello all,

I was recently looking into tickets for late January 2013… I was just wondering if anyone knew the reason if says they do not have the service on a Wednesday? Is it just too far in advance or does the ferry not run at the end of January?

    Thank you!
