March Fishing Forecast

Planning a fishing trip to Grand Bahama this spring? Our friends at Coastal Angler Magazine have tips in their March Fishing Forecast.

Grand Bahama Offshore Fishing Forecast

March is typically a windy month and offshore can get a little “sporty.” Nevertheless, there will still be a smattering of wahoo around. Don’t forget to “gear up” for these speedsters as they will have some size. Mahi-mahi are always in the mix for trolling enthusiasts as well as some yellowfin. Fishing the bottom will get you some dinner fare, including mutton snapper and strawberry grouper in good numbers. Best suggested bait is pilchards and squid. We will leave the lights on and the grill hot!

Forecast by: Capt. Carl “Folley” Rolle, Blue Marlin Cove Resort & Marina, West End, Grand Bahama
