Take a walk in the labyrinth at the Garden of the Groves

A visit to the Garden of the Groves is one of our favorite must-see spots on Grand Bahama. The 12-acre park is a certified Wildlife Habitat by the U.S. Wildlife Federation. When walking through the trails among the native flowers and shrubs, waterfalls and fountains, you may see many types of indigenous and migratory birds and butterflies.

What also makes the Garden of the Groves unique is the Grand Bahama Labyrinth, located within the park. The experts at Uncommon Caribbean recently discovered this “uncommon attraction.” They noted, “It’s said to be the first and only Chartres-style Labyrinth in the Caribbean, though its foundation is 100% Bahamian through and through.”
